Elle began her career in esthetics as a spa business owner in 2013. Before finding her passion for “All things Skin” Elle served in the United States Army for over 24+ years. She earned a Bachelors in Political Science at Louisiana State University - Shreveport and Masters in Information Technology and Business Administration at North Carolina Agricultural & Technical State University.

As an instructor, her teaching philosophy is creative and critical thinking and she is enthusiastic about education and training the future leaders of the skincare industry on “how to think” not “what to think.” She believes an esthetician’s ability to critically think through skincare problems is the key to unlocking the mysteries of the skin and helping clients achieve their skincare goals. Elle endeavors to bring relevant industry application and realism to the classroom environment. In addition to teaching Standard and Advanced Esthetics, Elle also instructs Threading, Brazilian & Brozilian, and Dermaplaning, and Entrepreneurship Workshops.

​As a Licensed Master Esthetician, she believes everyone can achieve their skincare goals with education, commitment, and consistency. She provides customized and individualized treatments for all her clients. She specializes in adolescent and teenage skincare.
